The law on Code on Wages 2019 is passed by the Lok Sabha, permitting the central government to make a fixed least sanctioned wage for the whole nation. This move by the Lok Sabha is expected to benefit over 500 million people. This is for the very 1st time that the Indian ministry of employment & labour is operating to intellectualize labour laws and enhance the efficiency of executing business activities.

The code on wages is seeking to universalize and the provision of minimum wages and timely payment of fees to all employees.

New Delhi: Lok Sabha clears the Code on Wages 2019 that will enable to introduce minimum wages for every worker besides involving empowerment issues. The code on wages bill is seeking to amend and consolidate the laws relating to wages and other matter of Indian empowerment. The Terminology Of The Bill
