Let's embark on the inspirational journey of Mr. Pranav Jha, the founder of AP WEB WORLD.AP Web World is one of the top web development and digital marketing company in Delhi, India and offering its services in the IT field with specialization in e-commerce web development and digital marketing services. Their specialization includes Core PHP, Magento, Wordpress, Opencart and custom CMS development.

1. What motivated you to start your own company?

I was working on some content writing assignments, at the time I was working for Janakpuri based company. I have started getting a lot of content writing proposals and three of my other friends, those were working for different firms have joined me. I  love interacting with people and in the job, I hardly used to get time. My content writing work motivated me to go ahead and do something on my own. Slowly we started getting web-based projects as we were from a Computer science background. Me, Amresh, Brijesh and Tripathi sir started this journey but there was a lot of difficult situations that pushed them towards the job and I kept driving AP Web World.

 

2. If you weren’t building your startup, what would you be doing?

I have opted for Software testing initially when I have started and I got 1-2 offers of Job also but destiny always gives you what you desire.

 

3. Tell us about your first paying client/customer and revenue from that customer?

Our First paying client for AP Web World was NGO site and the amount was around 12 k.

4. At the moment, how do you measure success? What are your metrics?

If I am happy with my team, my lifestyle and able to afford the basic requirements of my family that means I am successful. Also, metrics like Good revenue out of client work, Your team is happy with you and you are able to show the progress and most importantly retain them for the long run, as retaining is always challenging.

 

5. What do you think your growth will be in the next 5 years?

In the next 5 Years, expanding in a few countries (Especially US and Australia ) having a local team. Working with at-least top 50 Educational clients across the world and preparing marketing strategies for top educational clients ( Colleges, Schools, Institutes) as I love working with the education sector.

 

6. What challenges have you faced during your entrepreneurial journey?

 I have faced a lot of challenges while running AP Web World. I have faced big failure in 2015 due to some project delivery but I tried hard and bounced back in my journey.

 

7. To what do you attribute your success?

Trust your Instincts, Be passionate, Love your work, Don't wait for fo the right moment, just make every moment right, sometimes take your own decision if you feel something is needed, be a leader, focus on your work, invest in time, have clear goals.
