OYO to hire 5,000 people over the coming eight months

OYO Rooms, the budget hotel room aggregator headquartered in Gurgaon, is looking forward to adding a full-stack hotelier model to its asset-light marketplace model. For this, it would be hiring 5,000 people across department of sales, marketing, technology and hospitality over the next eight months, a person aware of the developments told ET . 

Most of this hiring would be done via recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). It's been just a few days back that Oyo entered into a seven-year multi-million dollar contract with leading RPO service providerPeopleStrong, valued at $2 million per annum.
