Samsung has been teasing a new F-series in the Galaxy smartphone lineup. Now, the company has not only confirmed the existence of the new smartphone series but has also confirmed its launch in India soon.
Samsung teased the launch through its official Twitter account. The tweet read: "The new #GalaxyF will definitely leave a mark on you. Stay tuned to go #FullOn. #Samsung."
While Samsung was silent on the specifications related to the new Galaxy F series, a report by Gsmarena has revealed the specifications and even some design elements for the new Galaxy F41. The images show that the phone will come with a notch at the top of the screen.
In terms of optics, the F41's designs show that the rear panel will feature a triple camera setup and a fingerprint sensor. Aside from the main camera, there is an ultra-wide lens. However, the nature of the third lens is still unknown.
The report indicates that the Galaxy F41 comes with the Exynos 9611 chipset which will be paired with 6GB of RAM. It is not yet known whether Samsung will place the new F-series below the popular M-series or whether the two series will overlap each other.
