PVR launches Lucknow's biggest 11-screen cinema post merger with Inox

After merging with INOX Leisure Limited, PVR Limited announced the opening of Lucknow's largest cinema at Lulu Mall, the city's largest shopping mall.

The 11-screen Superplex will increase the company's presence in Uttar Pradesh, where it will have 158 screens across 32 properties, and strengthen its influence in North India, where it will have 438 screens across 100 properties.

The 11-screen Superplex, located in the Amar Shaheed Path neighborhood of Lucknow, the state capital, is built in a modern style that exudes luxury, glamor and dynamism. The most technologically advanced theater in the city has a multi-sensory 4DX format, a premium P (XL) big screen, a deluxe PVR format auditorium, LUXE, plus seven auditoriums with seats in the last row.

The Superplex, with capacity for 1,841 people, is equipped with the best theater technology to provide an enhanced and immersive cinematic experience. This includes SP4K laser projectors, which offer true 3D digital stereoscopic projection, advanced Dolby Atmos surround sound, superior resolution and bright, sharp images.
