It has been observed that people above 45 years are now falling into the trap of the ‘generation gap’ as youngsters are almost intuitively better with technology. Vidushi Daga, Founder, Clone Futura observed that her son spent hours on iPad just playing games and spending hours on social media. In an exclusive interaction with Business2Business, Vidushi shares her thoughts of filling this gap between education and learning and much more.

With the worldwide reach of the Internet and the ubiquity of smart devices that can connect to it, a new age of ‘anytime, anywhere education’ is dawning. It will be up to instructional designers and educational technologies to make the most of the opportunities provided by technology to change the phase of education so that an effective and efficient education is available to everyone everywhere.”
Expansion plans- Clone Futura has seen success in Mumbai and have also initiated pilot projects in different regions of the country. Vidushi shared that, “ We are planning to expand and open a home based centre in every corner of India mostly by December 2016. Additionally, we also have plans of expanding the team of trainers from 4000 to 6000 people in the next 2 years. We aim to double the revenue from 10 million to 30 million in the next one year. My vision is to give jobs to millions of housewives and youngsters in cities all over India.”

Apart from the numerous thing that entrepreneurship has taught me over 4 years successfully running Clone Futura, one crucial thing I’ve learned is the importance of having the right people in your team.
