Mahindra Finance, a prominent non-banking financial company (NBFC) under the Mahindra Group, has announced a strategic partnership with Salesforce, a global leader in customer relationship management. This collaboration aims to develop Loan Origination Software (LOS) tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs), enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This partnership is a significant milestone in Mahindra Finance’s digital transformation journey, designed to expand its MSME lending portfolio. By implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Mahindra Finance aims to increase productivity with built-in AI, offering an integrated experience and a unified view of each customer. The Salesforce Platform will enable Mahindra Finance to develop secure, future-ready solutions by integrating enterprise data, AI, security, analytics, automation, and low-code development.

Accelerated Loan Disbursals

The new Loan Origination Software will enable quicker loan disbursals at competitive interest rates within an expanded MSME lending portfolio. It will leverage advanced analytics to identify potential credit risks, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. The integration of machine learning and automation will streamline credit assessments and improve risk management in real-time, boosting operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO & Chairperson of Salesforce India, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership: "We are excited to collaborate with Mahindra Finance to transform their MSME lending business. In an era where agents and human expertise are crucial for achieving customer success, Salesforce will help Mahindra Finance maximize their data, drive growth, adapt to any experience, and build customizable solutions tailored to their business and technology needs."

Raul Rebello, Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Finance, highlighted the collaboration's significance: "Our partnership with Salesforce underscores our commitment to innovation, customer excellence, and risk management in achieving our MSME lending goals. By enhancing credit decisioning, improving accessibility, and delivering customer-centric solutions, we aim to be the preferred and responsible financier for India’s emerging MSMEs."
