In a cash and stock transaction, The Good Glamm Group has acquired a 51% majority stake in the digital media company Tweak India.

Following this acquisition, Mumbai-based Tweak India will operate under Good Media Co. led by Priyanka Gill, co-founder of Good Glamm Group and CEO of Good Media Co. She will also become a shareholder in Good Glamm Group.

This strategic acquisition will give Good Glamm Group a deeper reach into the Tier 1 demographic, aggressively improving gameplay and unique creator commerce. Good Glamm Group's content and commerce package along with Tweak India's content capabilities and audience of 6 million MAUs and 15 million impressions per month will further enhance the group's D2C capabilities, the company said in a statement from press.

Good Media Co. includes websites that provide digital media, such as POPxo, ScoopWhoop, BabyChakra, MissMalini Entertainment, and as of recently, Tweak India.
