Swedish multinational clothing company H&M announced on Wednesday the launch of its home furnishings brand H&M Home in India, both online and offline. H&M Home offers contemporary decor and accessories for every room and style. Its assortment ranges from high-quality bed linen and crockery to various textiles in a contemporary style.

H&M India has announced the launch of H&M Home with a digital store on the hm.com e-commerce website and Myntra e-commerce platform during spring 2022.

In addition, H&M Home will offer offline via in-store store format at the existing H&M India store in Delhi.

Ida Lindahl, General Manager of H&M Home, said: "We are excited to finally announce our next launch in India, and we can't wait to let our Indian customers in New Delhi experience H&M Home online."

She added that India is an interesting and promising market with great potential. "We are excited to meet the growing demand for quality interior design at affordable prices."

H&M Home was originally launched online in 2009 and is now available in most H&M online marketplaces through independent H&M Home stores and in-store H&M stores.

Yanira Ramirez, H&M Country Sales Director, India, said: "There is a huge interest in interiors and design, and our customers have often requested interior products in line with H&M's business concept of 'fashion, quality at the best price in a sustainable way.'

“We see great potential in India and look forward to offering H&M Home to new and existing customers across the country,” said Ramírez.

H&M currently operates 48 stores in India.
