Almost every person is uncertain about the future of jobs and career in the world in the next few years. The anxiousness about losing jobs in the upcoming years isn’t entirely wrong because there are many jobs which will be snatched by the AI.  Even though many jobs might be reducing over the growing time; there are some jobs which will emerge shortly. With the help of machines, it will be more natural to collect the information and process it. The jobs, including paralegal work, mortgage origination, transaction processing, and accounting, will be replaced with machines. Some tasks might be automated, but some workers have to do new jobs shortly. There will be a need for changing sectors and improving technological skills. In most of the schools, no one focus on soft skills but these skills can enhance the work productivity of an employee. Skills like communication, negotiation, creativity, and teamwork are some factors which can get a job for a person.  Machines can’t replace humans when it comes to bringing creativity and collaboration in the projects.

There might be some jobs for which people weren’t paid some years back, but there are several works which will gain lots of profits in the advanced countries. There will be increasing participation of females in the jobs, and more than 90 millions of jobs will be created in the cleaning, childcare, childhood education, and gardening.

Shortly, there will be a lot of job possibilities for IT people. Although some jobs will be replaced with AI, there are specific jobs which need humans who have excellent computer skills. One can become a mobile app developer, video game developer, software engineer, web developer, technology manager, network administrator and many more. One can take individual courses to become skilled computer jobs.

Blockchain and AI

The people who have an interest in new job careers can go ahead to learn AI and blockchain technology. There will be several job opportunities which are efficient in AI and blockchain skills. Some people might be aware of blockchain, but most of the people don’t even understand what blockchain is. In no time, there will be a need for blockchain consultants and  AI experts. So, both of these things can open the doors of career for the future generation.
