What water security challenges are needed to overcome?

It has been estimated that even by the end of 2018, around 1 billion people across the globe face water scarcity. The burden is disproportionate as there many extremely dry regions around the world who suffers the effect of water scarcity the most. There are efforts to gear up the resources, by drawing attention in a summit where the need for this attention can be best highlighted. The groundwork is being led with the end of the year 2018 and steps required to overcome water security for everyone is being underlined.

The security challenges to the scarce water resources which need to be overcome can be summarized as under:

The reduction of such wastage has been reduced from a whopping 45% to less than 10% by implementing such technology. By implementing innovations including the hydraulic modeling and automated water balance calculators along with automated water leakage detections, such feat could be achieved.

Dubai Government has been promoting awareness for the need for water management through various campaigns and this water summit in 2019 is another important step.

One of the most interesting programs in the event is showcasing cutting technologies in the Water Innovation Hub:

There will be 2000 to 300 delegates from all over the world and a display of around 20 to 50 seminars.
